Overview

Chilean StarCraft League or CSL for short is a StarCraft:Remastered tournament for Chilean players. CSL will feature Ladder Stage with top placing players advancing to the main tournament.

Final bracket will be played offline in Santiago.

Tournament Information

Format

Ladder Stage
- Any Chilean player can make a StarCraft:Remastered account with CSL- tag and play regular ladder;
- Top 16 players at the end of the Ladder Stage on September 25th, 2018 qualify for the CSL;

Main event
Swiss Tournament
- First round: players are matched based on Ladder Stage performance;
- Second to fifth round: players with same score are matched. No rematches allowed;
- Every player to achieve three wins is qualified for the Group Stage;
- Every player to lose three games is eliminated from the tournament;
- All matches are best-of-three
Elimination Stage
- Eight player single-elimination bracket;
- Quarterfinals and semifinals are best-of-five. Final is best-of-seven;
