The China Seasons League 2023 Summer (CSL Season 9) (2023CSL中国星际个人联赛夏季赛), is an Chinese online/offine tournament. Any Chinese player can sign up.
Offline event address: No.36 Jiyuan Street, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, China (杭州市西湖区三墩镇吉园街36号西投云漫里4号楼竞鹅酒店).
