[edit]Eruption was released on June 5, 1998 as Blizzard's Map of the Week.[1]
It can be played as an allied map ("odds vs. even") if played on Use Map Settings.
Due to the fact that the high grounds and expansions are situated differently at the different starting locations, it has positional imbalances.
Notable Features
[edit]- Starting locations are on low ground with nearby high ground forming the center of the map, similar to Requiem.
