Roman gOgna Davydov is a Russian Zerg player and currently member of the international Federation of Untouchables.

Overview[edit]

gOgna is one of the more experienced players in the foreign scene. The Zerg's first major tournament was Asus Summer 2006, where he lost in the second round and was kicked out only a few games later in the loser bracket. However, Davydov was able to enter the Top 6 in Russia's WCG prelims the same year beating players like BRAT_OK and only losing to Ex and Notforu.

In the following years gOgna made good efforts to qualify for the WCG main event, but always finished on the ungrateful fourth place, usually behind the strongest players in Russia's history. After 2008 the Zerg slowly disappeared within the strong East European scene. After the StarCraft II Beta Davydov still played occasionally in smaller tournaments and LANs. Nowadays gOgna is one of iFU's veterans.
