Description[edit]
Korhal of Ceres is a two-player map and was part of the official map pack of the World Cyber Games and the European Cyber Games. Since the main bases have two entrances, aggressive and exotic openings were more common. The main entrance features a broader choke, the balance was heavily skewed, so that Protoss could beat Terran rather easily, while Terran had a strong advantage over Zerg[1]. The map was eventually replaced by Paranoid Android for the WCG 2005.
Notable Features[edit]
- Two entrances into the main.
- Small ridges leading around the map.
- Third gas expansions are very remote.
