Liquipedia relies on its employees and volunteer administrators to keep running. They do work on the wiki, work behind the scenes, and they are here to answer your questions and requests. This article aims to give you an overview, who to contact in what case.

In order to contact employees or administrators, either:
- Visit our Discord Server (recommended) And give it a while if no one is replying or saying anything.
- Write a PM on TL.net.
- Write a post in the Liquipedia Feedback Thread on TL.net
- Write on their User-Talkpage(s)

Liquipedia employees are paid for their work on Liquipedia. Indicated by Gold Names on discord.
Generally there are 3 sectors employees work on:
- Community and wiki managers: Interacting with the contributor community, helping edit wikis, check on the process in alpha-wiki programm, ...
- Business: Contact points for business relations
- Developers: Develop stuff the wikis (and app) need/want

Volunteer administrators[view source on shared repository]
Liquipedia (volunteer) administrators are not paid for editing the wiki(s) and do so in their free time. Often they have a main wiki(s) and mostly contribute on those. Indicated by Blue Names on discord, Administrators usually provide the following services on their wikis:
- Answering questions: You can also ask them any questions regarding Liquipedia including style, formatting, editing and disputes.
- Reviewing and accepting edits: If after some days your edit has not been reviewed first: check if there might be anything wrong with it - perhaps add an explanation why you changed this. Second: Contact a administrator and ask.
- Resolving disputes between users: If there is a dispute about how a specific page should look like, if there is disagreement about a specific build, the administrators are meant to help you out and find a solution. Just contact us. Depending on the dispute it may be escalted to employees.
