General Information
[edit]The Lords of War series was organized by WGTour and PG24 in early 2008. This King of the Hill styled event should support the international scene in addition to WGTour's original nation war ladder. Every war was streamed by a PG24 caster.
All wars used the All-Kill Format with five wins needed. Team Poland A won the entire event, while Germany B was holding the record of most wins.

Controversy
[edit]In the nation war of Germany B vs Poland B the Polish players tried to bend the rules. They added players who weren't listed in the roster, thus violating the rules. As a consequence the first three wins of Shad (vs Venator, Phil, Squeasy) were reverted and Germany B granted a free win.[1]
