MadMix is a StarCraft AI, written by Öyvind Johannessen. It is built with the goal of finding an entertaining mix of units, strategies and madness.
Can use different openings and build-orders with very basic learning based on win/loss history. There are no hardcoded openings vs specific opponents.
The openings include:
- Battle cruisers - Turtle and get fast 1-base Battle Cruisers.
- big-macro / mega-macro - Get a lot of workers and a few bases before anything else.
- cheesy gates rush - Build Gateways and Zealots inside the enemy base.
- Written from scratch.
- Does not yet have a combat simulator, nor any kind of planning / searching.
