Miguel "Maynard" Bombach is a retired StarCraft progamer from United States who played Terran.

Overview[edit]

His nickname was "God". Miguel retired in 2000.

Biography[edit]

One of the original "masters" of StarCraft, though he played Warcraft 2 and Age of Empires at a high level as well. He popularized the act of transferring workers to newly created expansions and this process (maynarding) now bears his name.

Maynard is a native of El Paso, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in electrical engineering in 2005.

Facts[edit]

Maynard also played under the name Kgor and crackhousebob. He still plays occasionally under various pseudonyms, which he changes frequently.
