Overview[edit]
Micro Media (later Media eSports) was the flagship American Starcraft Broodwar team. Founded by Alex "Skew" Brola and managed by Dan "Artosis" Stemkoski and Geoff "iNcontroL" Robinson, [Media] featured all top American players during it's existance--many that moved to South Korea to compete--including Brian "Assem" Fransioli, Tyler "NonY" Watson, and Greg "IdrA" Fields. IdrA used the [Media] tag throughout his stay in Seoul, stating initially during his move he still practiced heavily with his [Media] team mates. Long time friend and practice partner of Daniel "Nyoken" Eidson, famous Dutch player Joseph "Ret" de Kroon, whom also lived and competed in South Korea, was one of only two non-American players ever invited to the team along with Maxime "Nicky" Vanmeerbeck.
