The Spring Cup Season 4: China & Hangzhou Playoffs (第四届迎春杯中国区赛&2023杭州迎春杯8强线下赛), is an Chinese online/offine tournament. Any Chinese player can sign up.The top 16 players will advance to the Spring Cup 4: Main Event.
Offline event address: No.36 Jiyuan Street, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, China (杭州市西湖区三墩镇吉园街36号西投云漫里4号楼竞鹅酒店).
The on-site broadcasting team of Hangzhou Playoffs is supported by the former technical staff of the PLU.
