The goal of this build is to kill the opponent outright or severely cripple him by using an unexpected Medic Marine push. The name of this build comes from the more famous TvP bio build, Deep Six. Instead of using a later bio timing with six barracks, the Shallow Two uses an early timing with only two barracks. This build is very basic and mostly suited as an all-in attack as transitions into standard TvP can be difficult if no damage is dealt to the Protoss. For this build to work, at least the natural nexus must be destroyed, while getting your own natural expansion up. If you take out his natural, feel free to transition into a 4-6 fact timing push follow up as he likely won't have the economy nor army to hold it off.

  • 26 Academy
  • 100% Academy: Comsat Station & Stim Pack
  • Push when you have 2 medics and Stim Pack is almost done (depends on rush distance between naturals)
  • CC at your natural expansion when you have the money.
