StarEdit (also called the Starcraft Campaign Editor) is the official level editor for StarCraft and StarCraft: Brood War.[1] While it lacks many features available in third-party editors[2], it still offered a robust set of tools for creating custom melee maps and Use Map Settings scenarios.
Third-party editors[edit]
StarEdit has been completely replaced by feature-complete third-party editors such as ScmDraft 2.[3]
