The WCG Korea 2007 National Preliminaries were held from July 21-August 19, 2007.
The top three players qualified for the WCG 2007 Grand Finals in Seattle, WA, USA.

Format[edit]
The Korean Final Preliminary qualifying tournament was composed of 26 players in an offline competition from August 6-19, 2007.
To select the 26 final contestants, three routes were made available for entry:
- 23 participants from the top of the KeSPA rankings composed of professional players[2]
- Two participants from an amateur tournament
- Three participants were given automatic births, including iloveoov, July, and Midas, for their top three finishes at the WCG 2006 Grand Finals
For the professional participants, the top 23 contestants were selected by virtue of their KeSPA ranking at the time of the selection process, July 2007. The top three ranked players, sAviOr, Bisu, and NaDa were given byes in the first round of the bracket, as were the three players given automatic births.
In the Final Preliminary bracket, the format used was as follows:
- 26 players in single elimination format bracket including six byes
- All matches were best-of-three
