About[edit]
ASL is designed to give Bronze/Silver/Gold/Plat/Diamond/Masters players an outlet to compete in a high quality, high production, and professional style tournament with prizes. A league that encourages competition and promoting a fun atmosphere. The events are casted live at The Official ASL Twitch Channel and the Dingit Channel. VODs will be available from the ASL YouTube channel.
This well-established tournament allows casual gamers to compete just like the professionals giving them a taste of an epic league: ASL reaches out to the entire StarCraft community, not just the elite.
ASL also hosts a league for Professional players as well, the Prime League.
League Information[edit]
Leagues[edit]
Season 6 will be divided into these leagues:
- Defender League: For the casual and average players. Bronze, Silver and Gold.
- Vanguard League: For the up and coming stars or just very skilled casual players. Platinum, Diamond and low Masters only.
- Challenger League: Semi Professional gamers, Masters and Grand Masters.
- Prime League: Professional gamers. Mostly invite only. A few seeds are earned through qualifiers.
Format[edit]
- Each league will have 8 groups of 4 players in the Round of 32 and 4 groups of 4 players in the Round of 16.
- The top 2 in each group will advance.
- Each match will be best of 3 during the Round of 32 and 16.
- Each match will be best of 5 during the Quarterfinals.
- Each match will be best of 7 during the Semifinals.
- Each match will be best of 9 during the Grand Finals.

Prize pool will be different for each league. The higher the league, the better the prizes.
TBD USD are divided among the winning participants from all leagues.
