In the first TeSL StarCraft II season, Ball was the highest rated Terran in the league, and regarded as the best player in the league.[2] Ball attempted to qualify for the GSL Open Season 3, however he failed, falling one game short from qualifying to the Round of 64. Ball alongside Sen were the two Taiwanese representatives at Blizzcon 2010, he defeated ice from Singapore in the first round, but was eliminated by HuK in the second round.

From Oct. 6 to Oct. 10 of 2011, Ball placed 4th in the IeSF 2011 World Championship held in Korea, losing 2-3 to DeathAngel in the bronze match.
