Biography[edit]
ChAnCe is a Canadian living in Vancouver and had no experience with RTS games until StarCraft II.
In May 2011, ChAnCe was picked up by the team VPGamers. After a merge between VPGamers and CheckSix Gaming on September 2011, ChAnCe officially became part of CheckSix. On November 18, 2011, Vile Gaming announced that ChAnCe had joined the Team Vile roster.[1] He was part of Team Vile until May 5, 2012, when the entire StarCraft II team roster was acquired by Quantic Gaming.[2]
Tournaments[edit]
ChAnCe attracted much attention after a strong run through the Online Qualifier #4 for the IGN ProLeague Season 3 on September 17, 2011. ChAnCe eliminated several strong opponents, such as Sheth, Socke, MarineKingPrime, and TricKsteR before finally losing to Strelok 1-2 in the semifinals. ChAnCe did not qualify for the IPL in the qualifier, but came within one game of doing so, attracting much attention to himself as a new up-and-coming player. He is shown prominently in the September edition of IPL 3 Top 10 Plays Highlight Video. Since then, he has had shown a good performance at MLG Orlando, defeating Spades, ReSpOnSe, Artist, among others, before being eliminated in a close series against Stephano.
