Overview[edit]

Destiny I is the first tournament organized by Steven "Destiny" Bonnell and was funded by the Indiegogo fundraiser.

Format[edit]

  • Group Stage:
    • 16 players in four groups of four players each.
    • Groups are played in a Round-robin format, with 5 best of 3's being played and a possible extra match if there is a three-way tie.
    • Top 2 players of each group advance to the playoffs.
  • Playoffs:
    • 8 players in a single-elimination bracket.
    • Quarterfinals are best of five.
    • Semifinals are best of seven.
    • Finals are best of nine.
