Giovanni "Evaner" Finizio is an Italian Zerg player who is now retired.

Biography[edit]
Evaner started to play SC2 a few months after the release. Starting right from Bronze League, within 2 years he became one of the best players in Italy. Recently he Qualified to 2012 StarCraft II World Championship Series/Europe/Nationals/Italy finishing top6 losing to oRioN and StarEagle. On May 5, 2012 he played The Game Lucca, reaching the 2nd Place. On October he played at 2012 DreamHack Open: Bucharest and placed in ro32, finished 1-2 against Nerchio and 1-2 against NightEnD, barely not advancing to the ro16.
After spending two months at the Ministry of Win gaming house in Warsaw, Poland, he was now back in Italy preparing for the Italian LANs and the HotS launch.[1]
On May 13, 2013, he joined mYinsanity. After performing very well in some italian LANs, on May 13, 2014 he decided to retire.
