"For Our Utopia'" (or "fOu" for short) was a Korean StarCraft II team that disbanded on December 25, 2013.[1]
fOu started out as a StarCraft: Brood War clan in Korea, known for producing talents such as EffOrt, HiyA and sKyHigh. Eventually, it grew into a team in StarCraft II, led by Choya and retired Hite Entus player, SeCret, now known as Oz and supported by graphics card manufacturer ZOTAC. fOu manager, Kim Tae-Yup's aim was to run the team similar to Brood War professional teams, with an A-team and a B-team system.
On the 18th of July 2011, fOu was acquired by FXOpen eSports and became a part of the FXO organization, together with the American FXO division, and the fOu management.[2]
On November 1st 2013, supervisor Choya stated that FXO was no longer sponsoring the team and that they would be returning to the name, fOu.[3] However, on the 25th of December 2013, Choya announced that fOu would be disbanding, with the players going their separate ways.[4]
