Tournament Rules[edit]

The tournament is open for players born in Scandinavia or players that live in the region.

All players in the cup need to be online on IRC at #gamersleague.no on QuakeNet so admins can contact them.

Players need to save replays of matches played for up to 2 hours after the tournament in case a complaint turns up from any of the players.

All games are best of 3 until the final which is best of 5. GamersLeague announces the first map for each round in the brackets and loser picks the next map.

Final, semifinals and bronze final may be hosted by a GamersLeague.no admin if requested.

A map may only be played once in each round.

All GamersLeague.no admins can demand to observe matches in-game. If a player has a good reason as to why a certain admin should not be allowed to observe their game, they may report this on IRC.

Streamers/commentators that have been approved by GamersLeague.no can demand to stream a game, and ask the players to wait 5-10 min before starting their next game.

  • GamersLeague.no and all their partners can use replays that they have observed or streamed as they see fit.
