The GosuCoaching Premiere League is a clan league being hosted by GosuCoaching. 8 top teams from outside Korea are participating in this league for a chance to win a minimum of $5,000 in cash prizes. 5 of these teams were invited from season 1 while the last 3 teams, (Team Empire, Complexity, and Sixjax), qualified through tournaments. [1][2] The GCPL aims to be the highest profile clan league to date with its prestige and enormous prize pool. The GCPL season 2 officially began on August 13th, 2011 and every clanwar will be casted by talents such as Sheth, Diggity, Gretorp, Axel, and many more!

Prize Pool[edit]

$5,000[3] are spread among the teams as seen below:

Participating Teams[edit]

Format[edit]

The GosuCoaching Premiere League will feature 8 teams in a round robin format, with each clanwar consisting of 4 1v1 matches (Bo1) and an ACE match (Bo3) if there is a tie. The teams with the 4 best records at the end of the season will advance to the playoffs. Every week the map pool will change. Teams with multi-national rosters will have the option of server switching in alternating games to limit disadvantages due to lag.

On September 16th Sixjax disbanded [4] after playing their games up to Week 2 of the Round Robin. All teams were awarded a win over Sixjax.
