Information

• Players must be a citizen or be residing in any country apart of North, South, or Central America
• Players must be at least 16 years of age by January 30th 2014.
• Hotel and flight cost are paid for in full by ESL for the winners.

Format

Two stages:

• Stage 1:
  • Double-elimination bracket.
  • Bo1 until Ro64.
  • Starting at Ro64, all matches are Bo3.
  • Top 4 advance to stage 2.
• Stage 2:
  • Double-elimination bracket of 16 players consisting of the 4 stage 1 winners and 12 invites.
  • All matches are Bo3, except qualifying matches which are Bo5.
  • Top 4 are qualified for IEM Season VIII - Sao Paulo.
