Daryl "iceiceice" Koh Pei Xiang is a Zerg player from Singapore, currently retired from competitive StarCraft II. He also used to be one of the best Defense of the Ancients player of the world, winning ESWC Paris and CAPL. He formed his own Dota 2 team in Singapore, Team Faceless on 3 September 2016.

Wings of Liberty[edit]

In September 2010, iceiceice participated in the Blizzard SEA Invitational, where he made his way to the final of winner bracket, losing only one game to Roz during his previous matches. He knocked out 2-1 his compatriot OxygeN, in order to reach the grand finals against RedArchon, whom he had previously beaten 2-0 in the main bracket. However, he couldn't defeat him again, and ultimately took second place at the event, which granted him a spot in BlizzCon 2010 StarCraft II Invitational. During BlizzCon, he was outclassed by his opponents White-Ra and SoftBall, and was eliminated from the tournament without winning a single game.

In March 2011, iceiceice joined FXOpen e-Sports, but left the team after a while.[1] He gave up on playing Starcraft 2 competitively because of his mandatory military service, as well as a lack of faith in the Southeast Asian Starcraft 2 scene.[2]

  • In 2011, he was playing competitively to StarCraft II, Defense of the Ancients, League of Legends and Heroes of Newerth at the same time.[3]
  • He sees OxygeN as his main rival both in Singapore and in South East Asia.
  • He claims that playing SC2 probably helps his DotA skills more than the other way round, improving his hero micromanagement.
  • Took the third place of "The International 2011" DOTA 2 Championship with Team Scythe.SG.
