Overview[edit]

Amir "Kaeru" Ossanloo is a Protoss Player from Sweden, formerly playing for inFerno eSports. He runs the blog amirossanloo.com/.

Kaeru participated in DreamHack Winter 2011, where he got placed in a group with ThorZaIN, SeleCT and Abver. His results however could have been better, as he lost all of his games and got knocked out of the tournament.

Kaeru played Terran in StarCraft: Brood War, and therefore "forced himself"[1] to play Terran in StarCraft II as well. He tried to switch to Zerg a few times, but he felt that the race was "boring to play".[1] After trying the third race out a couple of times, he decided that he would indeed switch race to Protoss, which was announced the 3rd of December 2011, only a week after his DreamHack Winter 2011 appearance, on his blog.[1]

On July 27, 2012, he took an indefinite break from professional StarCraft II.[2]

Trivia[edit]

  • Has stated that he is saving money for a trip to Korea.[3]
