Format[edit]
- Qualifiers
- 1 qualifier for three regions (Europe, America, South Korea)
- Single-elimination brackets
- Matches are best of three
- Top 2 players of each qualifier are qualified
- 4 invites for wildcard group based on qualifier performance
- Group Stage
- 16 players in four groups of 4 players each played in double-elimination format
- 1 group for each region (Europe, America, South Korea) plus 1 wildcard group
- Matches are best of three
- Top 2 players of each group advance to the playoffs
- Playoffs
- 8 players in a single-elimination bracket
