Christoph "Wilko" Wilkowiecki is a retired German Protoss player.

Wings of Liberty

Early beginnings

Wilko has been up & around the StarCraft II scene since 2010, but it would take some time for him to make his first appearance. He began competing in the weekly cups, such as ZOTAC Cup, Go4SC2 and 4Players.de Close Combat Cup, in which he also achieved second place, twice. During his early days, Wilko was also part of Team Germany's B team.

Training at the Ministry of Win

Wilko moved to Poland, to train at the Ministry of Win gaming house in May 2012, being one of its' first residents, along with Cytoplasm and Breathe. He stayed at the house until its' alleged closure, 2 February 2013. During his stay at the house, Wilko took part in Battle at Ministry of Win, however, unfortunately, he didn't get past the first group stage, notable mention for DieStar in his group, who beat Wilko 2-0; being eliminated from the tournament.

Wilko remained teamless during his stay at the house & returned to Germany, following February 2013.

Heart of the Swarm

During Beta

Wilko switched to the Heart of the Swarm rather early. He would continue streaming from the Ministry of Win house; notably some of his games being casted by Husky. (See VODs below).

Moving to Switzerland

Wilko would get his hands on StarCraft II expansion a bit later, due to his computer problems. However, on February, 18th, Wilko announced that he joined team mYinsanity and, subsequently, few days later, that he would be moving to Switzerland, to practice at the team's house. That being said, he arrived at the team's house at 25 March, focusing fully on his StarCraft II practice up until these days.

Recently, we could see Wilko facing Irish Protoss player ABomB in BaseTrade TV Showdown as an "appetizer" before the main event, Wilko however succumbed 1-3 to his Protoss opponent.
