Insomnia69 is the 69th edition of the Insomnia Gaming Festival. It's the first International TF2 Major since the COVID-19 outbreak, featuring teams from Europe and North America.

- One Swiss group open to all teams.
- Teams play each other in matchups determined based on current standings.
- Top four teams advance to the playoffs with the four invited teams.
