The Square One Tetris Championship 2023 was a Tetris Effect: Connected tournament event held from May 19th, 2023 to May 21st, 2023. Players qualified for the playoff bracket through placing in the top half of their group in the Group Stages.

Qualifiers:
- 7 players total qualify from 4 open tourneys, Double elimination FT4
- First place from each bracket (top 4 in LCQ) advances to Group Stages

Group Stages
- 8 groups of Round Robin, players grouped randomly; 1 from each tier (decided by PK) per group FT7
- Top 2 of each group qualifies into final 16 bracket

Final 16 bracket:
- 16 players qualified from group stages
- Single-elimination FT7
  - FT10 Top 8
