FunPlus Phoenix (also known as FunPlus X or FPX) is an esports organization owned by Chinese game developer FunPlus. They are most well-known for their League of Legends division, which entered the LPL ahead of the 2018 season and won a World Championship in just their second year. FunPlus Phoenix now features teams in League of Legends, Fortnite, Call of Duty: Mobile and VALORANT.

Their main VALORANT division formerly competed with a CIS roster before moving their operations to China in 2023 upon the game's release there.

History[edit]

FunPlus Phoenix first entered VALORANT with a mixture of players from FABRIKEN and PartyParrots. They were quick to rise to the top, and established themselves as one of the premier European teams within a few months of their creation.
