Season VI

The ESL Pro Series Germany - Season V is the German National Championship. It's organized, sponsored and hosted by ESL. Only players residing in Germany are eligible to participate in this tournament.

The German player and defending champion Miou won for the 2nd time, beating his countryman Ravage in final.

Format[edit]

Regualar season[edit]

The regular season consists of a single group stage:

simple round robin (a player face each others once),
all matches are Bo3,
played from August 1st to November 20th,
top 4 advance to the playoffs.

Playoffs[edit]

The 4 players remaining face offline at the MediaPark 6 in Cologne (Germany) in a double elimination bracket:

all matches are Bo3,
grand final played with a super advantage (if the player coming from the losers' bracket won, a 2nd serie determine the winner),
semi-finals played on December 10th,
winners' final & losers' round 1 played on December 11th,
losers' final & grand final played on December 12th.
