Overview[edit]

Gnoll Wood is a six player map made by Blizzard for WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne. The Reign of Chaos version had Mercenary camps instead of Taverns. There's 50% chance to have either a Fountain of Mana or Fountain of Health in the middle of the map.

Official Map Description[edit]

Prepare your defenses quickly; the enemy draws near. Be careful when scouting the river's edge; Golems are lurking in the hills.

Strategies[edit]

The Gnolls at shops that drop items are generally rushed with Agility heroes such as Blademaster and Demon Hunter in order to efficiently harass the ennemy when equiped.
