The MBC Game Warcraft League (MWL) was a WarCraft III event organized by MBC Game, succeeding to the MBC Prime League series. The tournament took place from April 22 to August 7th, 2005 and featured the best Korean players.

Format[edit]

  • One group stage played in round-robin and best-of-one. Top 2 of each groups advances to the final bracket. Players with 4-1 scores are qualified for the playoffs while the ones with 1-4 or 0-5 are eliminated. The others will play a wildcard inside their groups so a second player qualifies for playoffs.
  • Single elimination bracket in best-of-three for the first round, then best-of-five. Third place match is best-of-one.
