Overview[edit]

Plunder Isle is a two player map made by Blizzard Entertainment for WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos.

Official Map Description[edit]

So far the Ogres have managed to hold off the Gnolls and hoard the richest resources. Crush both their races, as well as your opponent, beneath your heel.

Strategies[edit]

While regularly used in the early years of WarCraft, Plunder Isle wasn't that much appreciated due to the natural expansion being on a higher-ground, and in a dead-end where either the defending player or the attacking one could be trapped to death if not having a Scroll of Town Portal, as there were no escapes.

Later on, the W3Arena team fixed the map by creating an opening so that there's two ways of going to the expansion and Goblin Merchant, and escape.
