Simon "Boetar" Heinks is a German professional World of Warcraft player who is currently playing for Tempo Storm.

Boetar began playing World of Warcraft when the game was released[1]. He competed in his first European Regional Championship in 2011 at the age of 17[2], but did not reach the Arena World Championship.

In 2012, Boetar competed in the European Regional Championship with Swapxy and Blukstack under the team name I’m Just Being Honest. The team placed second, qualifying them to compete in the World Championship[3]. The team did not quite reach the Semi Finals, finishing in fifth place[4].

In 2013, Boetar competed with the same team as the previous year, this time for Bleached Bones. The team competed at BlizzCon in the Arena World Championship[5], but again failed to reach the Semi Finals.

Boetar continued to compete in 3v3 arenas, often teaming up with Swapxy. The two decided to compete alongside Fabss and Joefernandes for the 2015 season, securing sponsorship from SK Gaming. The team came first in the European Regional Championship[6] and ultimately won the World Championship[7].

Boetar, Swapxy and Fabss competed together again in 2016, this time for Splyce. The team placed second in the European Regional Championship, remaining undefeated until the Grand Final against Northern Gaming Blue[8]. At BlizzCon, the team won their second World Championship together[9]. This is a feat no other team has achieved.

On March 31st 2017, it was announced that Boetar, Swapxy and Fabss would be sponsored by Method during the 2017 season under the name Method Triforce[10]. The team reached the Arena World Championship, placing third.

On September 25th 2018, Boetar joined Tempo Storm[11].
